The Finnish Wooden Town examines the history of small wooden towns in Finland from the 16th century to the end of the 19th century. The book is completely trilingual – all the texts are in Finnish, Swedish and English. The illustration consists of historical maps, prints and black & white photographs of historical townscapes.
