Skip shipping entirely with free local pickup at our Hancock, Michigan store. Select local pickup at checkout and your order will be ready within 1 business day.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Orders are shipped from Hancock, Michigan.

Items listed as pre-orders may have a longer estimated shipping date. The expected shipping timeframe will be noted in the individual item description.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Rates

Free economy shipping on orders over $125!

$6.95 Flat Rate for orders under $125.

$7.95 Flat Rate for orders under $35.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to get your order on its way quickly, once a package has been shipped, North Wind Books cannot be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are not guaranteed.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@finlandiafoundation.org. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet shipped.

If a package is returned to North Wind Books because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

North Wind Books is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
